'Bang'

Bang is a dynamic dog. He is full of self confidence and pizzazz. He loves to retrieve and join in any game.

Bang is a moderate dog (about 23 1/4 " and 78 lbs.) with very strong breed type. He has a lovely head with super stop. He is a glorious darker gold color. Bang's pigment is jet black, and even the insides of his ear flaps is dusky gray, his eye color a deep brown. He has a correct scissors bite. His outstanding features are a fabulous front assembly (good angles, elbows tucked in, perfectly straight when viewed from the front), excellent angulation front and rear, good tailset, a strong, level, short coupled back. Bang's movement is strong and effortless with correct foot-timing. He is and extremely athletic dog and a natural self exerciser. Bang is a really fun dog to be around and is just full of mischief and play.

Bang finished in May. 2003 expertly handled by Chris Ulloa Browning. In route, he accumulated 16 RWD , five of which were major RWD including two 5 pt. specialty reserves. Bang has won several BOBs in very limited specialing. He made it through several cuts to the last 20 specials in the '03 GRCA National, was the only JAM at the PVGRC 2004 specialty and just recently was BOB at the 2005 PVGRC specialty over 20+specials, and BOS at 2005 Gunpowder River Golden Retriever Club specialty. In the fall of '05, he made it to the last cut before JAMS were given out at the GRCA National! He continued his winning way by going BOB/Gr.4 at the Chesapeake GRC Speciatly held in conjunction with the Wilimington KC in '06.

Bang earned his CD in April '04, his WC in Sept. '04 , his JH in Nov. '05, his CDX in Mar. '07 and currently is in training for his TD.

Bang's puppies tend to be cute little chunks with cobby bodies, broad heads, good movement and good pigment. They are frequently active and bright puppies.

Bang's kids have been doing well in the breed ring, hunt tests and obedience rings.
